1. The product

GBP Scalping AI is downloadable software (an Expert Advisor for MetaTrader). Purchasing a plan grants a licence to use the software per the plan's terms — it does not transfer ownership of the software or its source code.

2. Licences

Basic: 1 live-account licence for 1 month. Silver: 5 live-account licences, lifetime. Pro: unlimited live-account licences, lifetime, subject to fair use (personal or single-entity use; redistribution, resale, rental or licence sharing is prohibited).

3. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute or resell the software; use it to provide competing services; or misrepresent its capabilities (including guaranteed-profit claims) when discussing or promoting it.

4. Payments

Payments are accepted in supported cryptocurrencies. Order confirmation follows on-chain confirmation of the correct amount to the address shown at checkout. Send only the selected asset on the selected network.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Statutory rights remain unaffected where applicable.

6. No advice; risk

The software and website content are not investment advice. Use is at your own risk per the Risk Disclosure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.

8. Updates & support

Update and support entitlements follow your plan. We may discontinue support for obsolete platform versions with reasonable notice.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
