Refund Policy

1. Coverage

Silver and Pro plans include a 60-day refund guarantee from the date of purchase. The Basic plan (1-month access) is not covered by the 60-day guarantee unless required by applicable consumer law.

2. Conditions

To request a refund, contact support@airobotforex.com from your purchase email within 60 days, including your order reference. We may ask for reasonable information about the issue (e.g. account statements showing the EA ran per the documented settings, or a description of the technical problem) to help us improve the product and to prevent abuse.

3. Exclusions

• Requests made after the 60-day window
• Licence sharing, resale or other terms violations
• Losses caused by settings outside documented recommendations, broker-side issues or force majeure market events — note that market losses alone within documented use are not automatically excluded; each case is reviewed fairly

4. Processing

Approved refunds are returned in the cryptocurrency used for purchase, at the crypto amount corresponding to the USD plan price at refund time, to a wallet you control. Processing typically takes up to 10 business days after approval.

5. VPS component

If a bundled VPS period has been substantially consumed, its documented cost may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
